Deleting Paragraph Blocks

GAS allows you to delete Actions, Scene Headings, Characters, Dialog, Shots, and Transitions, without the need to go back into your script editing software.

When to use it

  • Want to delete anything in the script

Steps

  1. Click Edit Mode icon. The icon will turn Green to show you are in EDIT MODE.
  2. LEFT CLICK on any paragraph block.

Notes

Deleting a paragraph block does not change the original FDX file. You CAN undo/redo if needed.

This works with all types of paragraph blocks.
